How to use the PbPolicy Profiler?
->By clicking the “Start” button of the 1st image in the Home page of the platform you will be redirected to the Policy Profiler page.
-> Select the country (“Choose your country” option) with the stakeholders of which you wish to compare views and preferences.
-> By clicking the “Start” button in the Policy Profiler page you start answering the quizzes by making use of a 5-point scale that runs from ‘completely disagree’ to ‘completely agree’ (plus the “No opinion” option). Moreover, the importance of each question can be rated by you through the relevant 3-stars choice on the left.
-> After answering all questions, you will be provided with a different page in which you are prompted to optionally enter demographic data. After fill in the relevant fields you should press the “Submit” button in order your data to be saved, alternatively you can skip the page and be redirected to the Results page. Those data will be used only for statistical reasons within the project but they are very important for evaluation purposes.
At the end, you will obtain a consolidated graphical representation of your policy preferences. This is accomplished with the use of three types of charts.
- 1st chart: A scatter chart displays your position and the stakeholders with respect to the selected categories of questions. Also the user has the option to compare his/her position with International Stakeholders.
- 2ndchart: A bar chart provides the matchings of the users' views and the stakeholders' positions in the form of percentages with 100% matching meaning absolute co-identity.
- 3rdchart: Finally, a last diagram is being displayed showing the position of all users with respect to the immigration status. Also, you can view the positions of the users per country (Spain, Hungary, Greece, Italy).

What is the purpose of the pop-up window appearing in the last page?
Upon completion of the questionnaire the system proposes the debates that would most likely interest you. The proposed debates belong in the category in which you have provided the most extreme positions. If all your positions are moderate or neutral, the system will propose one of the current most discussed debates and display a relevant message.
By clicking in the relevant button you will be redirected to the u-debate threads. The main subjects of the u-debate are similar to the categories of questions appearing in the PP. Through this way, you are provided with debates relevant to the questions you have just answered in PP.
